I am a Talent Development and Leadership Learning Partner — not a trainer who shows up and delivers a session. I work alongside your organisation as a strategic partner, from diagnosis through to measurable improvement.

My work begins long before any session takes place. I meet with stakeholders, understand the real business challenge, and design a bespoke experiential learning program that addresses the root cause — not just the symptoms.

After delivery, I observe, evaluate, and refine — ensuring the learning translates into real behavioural change in how your leaders communicate, decide, and perform.

I combine over 15 years of corporate L&D experience with certifications in RTT therapy, yoga, solution-focused coaching, and sound-based nervous system regulation — creating a depth of approach that no standard training provider can match.

This is the foundation of everything I design. I do not create programs that fill a day and are forgotten by Monday. I create moments of genuine discovery — moments that change how a leader sees themselves, their team, and their role.
